Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the wattlog.pro website and WattLog macOS application (collectively, the "Service") provided by WattLog ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@wattlog.pro if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service by automated means.
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Create accounts by automated means or under false pretences.
4. Your data
You own your training data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over data you record using the Service. You can export your full history at any time as TCX or FIT files. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect your data.
5. Intellectual property
All other content of the Service — including the software, interface design, text, graphics, and the WattLog name and logo — is owned by WattLog and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the metrics it produces (FTP, TLS, cardiac drift, etc.) are medically accurate or suitable for any specific training purpose. Training data provided by the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or coaching advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WattLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €10, whichever is greater.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data at any time before account deletion. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
